Side Rail Assemblies

NOTICE:

If your truck has

a bedliner that

wraps over any

top edges, the

liner will have to

be trimmed to fit

this product.

Tarp Assembly with Cab

Rail, Tail Rail and support

Bows attached.

Optional Rail Shims

(set of 4)

Rail Clamp

Assemblies with

tie downs

(x 4)

If necessary, add one

rail shim behind each

clamp (4, total).

Tarp

Buckles

“L” Channel

w/Seal

Remove paper tape from all rails.

Discard properly.

Foam has NO adhesive

to touch truck finish.

PLEASE

DO NOT

LITTER

Wash truck bed.

Insert Pre-

assembled

clamp into

the side rail.

Hook slot of

flat clamp into

lip in side rail.

Raise C-

shaped

inner clamp to

highest

position.

Hand-

tighten

clamp bolts

to hold rail

in place.

(Note: On some vehicles, the down-

standing box flange has a sloping

surface; with these vehicles it may

be necessary to move inner clamp

up and down and to shim rail so

that rail is flat.)

One at a time, position rail to the rear so

that rubber end plug is against closed

tailgate. Position two clamps on the rail

and 8” from the front and back.
